Combo Milling System

Combo Milling System has been designed and patented by Gen Milling engineers after long period of R&D processes. After completing milling and production tests, Gen Milling has started to launch complete system under the brand name of NATURGEN in 2019 which has a meaning of natural milling and production.

Gen Milling engineers’ target was to create a small-scale system which can produce healthier and natural flour from any kind of grain such as wheat, maize, rice, oat, barley etc.

Combo Milling System has a working principle of vacuuming grain into first milling body and transferring to second milling body to produce fine flour by the support of special designed fan blades which are placed at the center of rotors. Each body has its own rotor which has special hardened hammers to mill the grain and fan blades to vacuum the grain. After first body vacuuming process, grain is spread between blades and sieve and grinded in the first milling body to produce coarse flour. Then, coarse flour is transferred to second milling body with air which is produced by rotor fan blades. Coarse flour is grinded again in the second milling body to produce finer flour. Generally, 1000 microns sieve is used in the first milling body and 500 or 800 microns sieve can be used according to customer micron size target.

In the next stage, fine flour is transferred to Dust Filter for dust and air separation. After air is separated, flour is flown into bag filling station and air is exhausted by filter fan. All the processes are also explained in the combo milling system animation video.

Capacity calculation can be considered as in the example below;

In the case of using 800 microns sieve size in the second milling body, capacity reaches to 1000kg/h for wheat. This capacity is given with the product size of less or equal to 800 microns. When final flour is sieved, below sizes are received at final product;

In the case of using 500 microns sieve size in the second milling body, capacity reaches to 500kg/h for wheat. This capacity is given with the product size of less or equal to 500 microns. When final flour is sieved, below sizes are received at final product;

System is using 55kW main milling motor, 4kW Fan motor and 0,55kW Airlock motor and total installed power is approximately 60Kw.

Optional Add-Ons

Vibro Discharger Vibro Discharger is providing smoother flow into bag filling station in the case of grinding sticky products.
Single Deck Sifter Single Deck Sifter is suggested and can be added into the system in the case of requiring finer product size less than 500 micron.
Stainless Steel System can be manufacturer complete 304 Stainless Steel if required.
Dust Cyclone Dust Cyclone can be used instead of Dust Filter to catch lower investment cost where dust is not problem.
Main Motor Power Main motor power can be reduced in the case of requiring lower capacity production.

 

*System requires minimum 150Lt Compressor for dust filter pulse operation.

*Minium 4 meters width, 6 meters Length and 6 meters height is required for the system installation.
